Alesha Thomas, LICSW

Alesha grew up in Prattville, Alabama and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Auburn University with a minor in Biology and Sociology. She then pursued graduate studies at Faulkner University and obtained a Master of Science in Biology Education. Alesha then obtained her Education Specialist degree in Special Education from Auburn University at Montgomery. She went on to obtain her MSW from Troy University in 2018. She has worked in a myriad of environments from teaching middle school science for ten years to working in corrections, nursing homes , and private practice. She is also a Behavior Health Officer in the Alabama Army National Guard, and assists soldiers with mental health issues. She plans to specialize in sex therapy.
