Mary Roberts
Everyone needs help sometimes; it’s one of the many things that connects us as humans. Mary is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and Certified Telemental Health Provider providing therapy to adults and adolescents who are seeking support for a wide array of issues. Her practice is currently 100% online, so clients can attend sessions from any space that is convenient for them!
Mary has experience working at all levels of care from residential to outpatient. She utilizes an approach tailored to the strengths of each client, drawing from elements of cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavior, and expressive therapies. Additionally, she strives to foster mindfulness and self-compassion in her clients through their work together. With empathy, understanding, and a dash of humor, Mary would love to support you through whatever you’re struggling with.
In her free time, Mary enjoys volunteering for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention and spending time with her family and dogs.
