Caroline Veazey

What we need most when we’re struggling is empathy, affirmation, and collaboration—to feel heard, understood, and not alone.
My counseling practice specializes in working with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. However, I’ve worked with individuals struggling with a broad array of issues in hospital settings and private practice.

I am trained in the psychodynamic method through New York University (B.A. in psychology) and Northwestern University (M.S. in mental health counseling). I am also skilled in other modalities, such as CBT and LGBTQ+ Affirmative Therapy.

As someone who has been in your shoes and not just survived but thrived with the help of counselors, I know the value of the work we do together. We are all the stories that we tell. I want to meet you where you are, and help you tell a story that is 100% yours, not one written by anxiety or depression. Let’s set you on a path of your own making—together.
